A is for Abortion
Alice knows that abortion is a terrible sin,
That a woman’s choice is whether or not to let him in.
Alice thinks she knows what the problem really is,
That Planned Parenthood is a billion-dollar biz.
Never mind that in the womb the little baby sucks its thumb,
Apparently some women just can’t make him wear a condom.
Anti-lifers ignore the wonders and miracles of birth,
And for decades now denied millions of kids their right to mirth.

B is for Bias in the Media
Conservatives or socialist libbies,
To whom does the media give more freebies?
Here’s a way to check, just take a little quiz.
(Let’s see if you comprehend just what “is” is!)
The liberal media vilified a Republican senator,
For daring to praise a retiring, former segregator.
Yet silent they are when a Democratic senator,
Praises the zillionth vote of an old Ku Klux Klanner.

C is for Capital Punishment
Liberals always complain about the death penalty,
Insisting that pro-lifers are looking hypocritically.
They ask how people who the right to life support,
Can condone the killing of any kind or sort?
The answer is simple my foolish liberal friends,
The murderers make the choice to go to their ends.
Unlike the innocent baby buried inside of the womb,
Killers know their punishment. They choose their own tomb.

D is for Democrats
Dereck is a red, white, and blue hunting cat,
Always interested in eatin’ those pesky Democrats.
Happily he’s a scratchin’ through their standards-double,
Workin’ to turn their hypocrisy to rubble.
Why is it not racist to support affirmative action?
Or to suddenly ignore weapons of mass destruction?
They just can’t ever seem to manage to see
Their own obvious and idiotic duplicity.

E is for Education
With the billions spent on schools in these days,
You would think we’d educate kids a zillion ways.
But, thanks to liberal ridiculousness,
Kids never learn about America’s goodness.
In our nation’s P.C. schools, children usually learn,
Of America’s so-called evil and vicious yearns.
They don’t point out the thing too many worldwide will never be:
Which is free-speaking and intelligent, but mostly, free.

F is for First Amendment / Free Speech
Frankie understands the First Amendment unequivocally,
Protects our right to speak and express ourselves freely.
What Frankie doesn’t really understand is how
The ACLU can say that religion is illegal now.
Religion is one of our most truly fundamental expressions.
And the amendment states “no law” can respect “an establishment of
religion.”
The so-called Establishment Clause the Court created just ain’t there!
But don’t expect the you-can-express-yourself-in-any-other-way ACLU
to care!

G is for God
In an Almighty many conservatives believe,
A great Creator who to everyone did bequeath
Life, Liberty, and Happiness according to the sentence
In Tom Jefferson’s great Declaration of Independence.
Now many liberals prefer to attack our religions,
Believing they are all some odd societal perversions.
We are granted by our Founding Fathers’ Constitution,
A freedom of government from God, not a prohibition.

H is for Hope
For the little people liberals insist they look out,
But their policies repeatedly cast lots of doubt.
Policies that tell people they’re simply deficient,
Or they’re too stupid, lazy, or just incompetent.
Conservatives believe in the good of humanity,
Believing that goodness is in everyone’s destiny,
And then from this positive, inherent belief,
We craft policies to help deliver relief!

I is for Illegal Aliens
Irene has a plan for dealing with pesky illegals:
She pictures a pack of toothy rabid beagles!
Always guarding our border with Mexico,
Those foam-faced critters’d tell ‘em where to go!
On those dark, and oh so moonless, nights
The illegals’d scream “aye caramba” in fright.
And if the howling didn’t convince ‘em to quit their crim’nal sneakin’,
Those dogs’d be ready! (Lookin’ for some bottoms to be eatin’!)

J is for Justice
Justice is the principle of truth and fairness,
Equity, and constitutional righteousness.
It was “Quid Pro Quo” as those Romans used to say,
Ensuring equality to all every day.
Conservatives believe in things that are wrong and right,
And that they should be spread fairly to all those in sight.
Punishments must fit the crime, but also important equally
Is regardless of race or creed we all have opportunities.

K is for John F. Kerry

From Massachusetts comes another liberal democrat,
Looking to knock a Bush campaign right out flat.
It can’t be ignored,
Kerry’s a big bore.
And liberals are already snoozing down on the mat!
If voters actually paid any attention,
They’d find that Kerry’s a mass of contradiction,
For something or against?
Kerry’s always on both sides of the fence!
And this has been his career- and life-long affliction!

L is for Less Government
At the beginning of May, Two thousand four,
Implemented was a new Medicare plan most dour.
It only increases the amount of money spent,
So many more Americans’ll wonder where their paychecks went.
The fact of the matter is pretty simple for conservatives,
We simply desire to see government smaller and less intrusive.
Trouble is too many Americans lack responsibility for themselves,
Meaning liberal big government will deeper into our paychecks delve.

M is for Marriage
Marty fully realizes that in order to be born,
A man and a woman need to go and get it on.
He remembers plainly his high school biology,
And how it all works (the parts of our body).
Today homosexuals demand the courts let them marry,
Insisting that, like heteros, their love never varies.
From their civil unions they can do most anything,
But they should not be “married” ‘cause they can’t generate offspring.

N is for No Child Left Behind
To listen to the union of the teachers,
(Those protectors of knowledge from seekers.)
You’d think that N C L B was awful,
Yet its rewards could be most bountiful.
In every other profession on the earth,
Employees must show results to employers.
This isn’t true in the world of educators.
Just imagine holding accountable teachers!
To be sure as with anything there are flaws,
But N C L B goes to great lengths to cause
An end to protectionist policies of anti-choice,
And in their children’s education give parents a voice.

O is for Osama bin Laden
In two thousand one, on the horrible eleventh of September,
Osama planned using 747’s as bombers.
All the blame should be placed upon that very evil person,
But, sadly, this cannot be done in partisan Washington.
A commission was developed to investigate the claims,
That Clinton or Bush could’ve stopped the crashing planes.
Suggesting that either would have allowed it if they knew it,
The commission’s forgotten all about the lunatic who did it.

P is for Preemption
Simple to understand is the Bush Doctrine,
Fashioned just shortly after 9/11.
Would we rather have terrorists attack us here?
Or instead go get them so that they live in fear?
Liberals loudly complain it makes our allies quiver,
But they need only fear if terrorists they harbor.
Never again can we blindly sit and think we’re okay
Until every last terrorist is found and blown away.

Q is for eQual Treatment Under the Law
Erin looks at Ebony and knows that she is black,
And Ebony knows that Erin’s white when she looks back.
And even though they get the same grades at the same school,
Affirmative action says that Ebony gets in over Erin at the local U.
Erin wonders, “Doesn’t the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee,
Equal protection under the law for both Ebony and me?
Why, when it is at work or school that I want be,
The law doesn’t come in and treat me equally?”

R is for Republicans
Conservative principles are at the core of our country’s foundation
Shrinking our government as required by the Founder’s Constitution.
In order for our country’s greatness to continue unabated,
We must ensure the Democratic socialism is defeated.
Do you want the UN telling our soldiers what to do?
Or what about your taxes? You want to pay more, don’t you?
Should the teacher’s unions continue to dominate our schools?
Or gun laws prohibiting your own defense should be the rule!
If your answer to these questions is a loud, resounding NO,
Then on the next Election Day you have no choice but to go
To the polls and vote for the one party that every day can
Work to protect you from the government: the Republicans!

S is for Second Amendment
The Left insists that it is guns that are the killers
When in fact it’s the person who is pulling the triggers.
What they just don’t quite seem capable to understand,
Is that arming ourselves against crimes allows citizens to make a stand.
Sadly, liberals have managed to outlaw guns in several countries,
But, there gun violence and crimes have increased exponentially.
Of course, this information they sure don’t want you to know,
Because all they care is that away those so-called evil guns must go.

T is for Taxation
Timmy doesn’t know why Democrats love taxation,
He doesn’t know it has to do with wealth redistribution.
After all, liberals love to spend and spend and spend,
So why is it they keep gettin’ voted in by scores of Americans?
To be sure, conservatives love to spend our money, too,
But at least it’s on important things; not flushed down the loo.
Our security and safety to conservatives is most imperative,
Yet to liberals it’s the lazy unemployed to whom our government must
give.

U is for the USA PATRIOT Act
Imagine a world where terrorists roam free,
Their rights protected as if they were you or me!
Planning their next attack to take away our rights
To freedom, happiness, expression or even life.
Even though they were just criminals up walking around,
Our government’s investigative hands were tightly bound
By regulations devised by legislative idiots.
Silly rules that were destroyed by a USA PATRIOT.
It still requires warrants, reasons, and cause probable,
But it offers more to catch an enemy that’s mobile.
And despite what liberals say about the loss of liberty,
Only for those under suspicion would it actually be.

V is for Vacillators
A senator who votes for funding before voting against?
(And then who turns down the nomination before acceptance?)
Kerry’s not the only sufferer of this vacill’ing,
But, like far too many liberals he gets a free passing.
It’s not only a liberal politician’s mental state,
Since conservatives, too, are known to vacillate.
But, hypocritically, when liberals flip or flop,
It’s called “thinking things through” – but for conservatives it sure
is not!

W is for George W. Bush
George Bush is a man capable of the truest of leadership,
Even if the Democrats want to insist he’s going down with the ship.
The fact remains he turned around a nation on the brink.
(And he doesn’t offer false promises with a “heh-heh” and a wink.)
Despite the constant liberal griping he’s a pawn of Big Oil,
His tax cuts and reforms nonetheless completely foiled
A recession exacerbated by the horrific Eleventh of September,
Yet still he is attacked as dumb by vicious hate-mongers!

X is for Camp X-ray, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
It is a deep, sad irony that can be found in the world,
When the treatment of some prisoners could make the world’s blood curl.
Imprisoned in Cuba, just miles away from actual, real oppression,
These fanatics receive treatment that to them are like spa sessions.
Even though they’re given a clean cell from which to eat, drink, and
pray,
Amnesty International and the Red Cross still look on in dismay.
Ignoring the real torture of people under the tyranny of Castro next
door,
These terrorists are being treated well and certainly aren’t living
in cold caves anymore!

Y is for Your Children's Future
The future is coming and we all must look ahead,
To the world we leave behind in our children’s stead.
One option is to leave the world we have today,
A world about which there’s not too much good to say.
A world where racism is kept alive by affirmative action?
A world where terrorists are given by the UN ample traction?
A world where babies are taken from the womb piece by piece?
Don’t we want to leave our children positive freedom and peace?

By definition a zealot’s the same as a fanatic,
Which can be stated in a way that’s really quite static:
Because of feelings or beliefs, “A person carried away beyond reason.”
An important thing to remember in this divisive political season.
There’s only one political party that is beyond rational thought,
Acting in their anti-American foolishness like a sot.
“We’ll give you free money through welfare if you vote for us,” they
scream.
After all, a borderless, socialist, non-American mecca is their dream.
